Use Claude Code to streamline agency operations

Victor Chazarra built several Fan Convert workflows in Claude Code, from ad publishing to reporting and onboarding.

What they did
He started with a Git repository for his agency and shaped it through plain-language requests in Claude Code. The setup included a CLAUDE.md coordinator, a client starter template, and distinct skills for copywriting, reporting, and onboarding. Claude then generated a Python tool for Facebook Ads that reads from a Google Sheet, plus a Next.js client portal on Vercel. Victor inspected the resulting files and ran the pieces against real client material.
How it went
The build wrapped up in three days. A dry run followed by a live run produced 48 paused ads in around two minutes. The onboarding flow populated an entire client area, and Claude responded to client questions accurately using the files.
Tips
Victor suggests putting the routing and onboarding structure in place before anything else, and enabling git sync on the first day. He estimates the Claude usage cost at $20 to $60.

I run [type of agency] and want to automate [copywriting, reporting, or onboarding]. Build a small workflow that takes [inputs, such as a brief, sheet, or account export] and creates [outputs, such as ads, a report, or a client portal]. Test it with [sample or real client data] and show me the results and files. Before you publish, send, delete, or submit anything, stop and ask for my approval.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
