Automate ticket triage and reply drafts

A Claude Code skill tied together support, billing, and database tools to sort tickets and prepare reply drafts for review.

What they did
They first described their support stack, and the agent then generated TypeScript scripts for the ticketing, billing, and database services, along with reply templates. After that, it could scan open tickets, rank the most pressing one, fetch customer and payment details, and prepare a response draft.
How it went
For a HelpScout, Stripe, and PostgreSQL setup, they ended up with 15 scripts and 6 templates. They say it now covers about 80% of support work, with simple yes/no approvals before any action.
Tips
Getting the core scripts and templates in place takes about 30 to 60 minutes, and API credentials are required. Database access stays read-only, and nothing is sent, refunded, or closed without approval.

Try it yourself with Claude Code

Set up TypeScript scripts for my [support platform], [billing platform], and [database] using the credentials in [config file]. First ask me about my support workflow and the APIs I have access to. Then create scripts to list open tickets, rank them by urgency, fetch billing and customer context, and draft reply text into a review file. Before any email is sent, any refund is issued, or any ticket is closed, stop and show me the exact action for approval.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
