Audit your blog’s SEO with a browser

A developer had Claude Code inspect a local blog in Puppeteer and write an SEO report that exposed indexing mistakes.

What they did
The developer connected Claude Code to a Puppeteer MCP server and pointed it at a local Nuxt blog starter called NuxtPapier. They asked for an SEO review and a markdown report, then let the agent plan its own checklist before browsing pages. It checked metadata, load times, structured data, and mobile screenshots, then wrote up its findings.
How it went
The report called out noindex/nofollow tags, a robots.txt file that kept crawlers out, and duplicate H1 headings. It also said structured data, mobile layout, and roughly 200 ms page loads looked fine, and it listed the files to edit with code-level fixes.
Tips
Run this kind of check before a site is production-ready, since development settings can create false alarms. Ask the agent to save its findings to a file and to pause before making any changes.

Try it yourself with Claude Code

Use a browser tool like Puppeteer to review [site or local dev URL] for SEO issues. Check page titles, meta descriptions, robots directives, canonical links, structured data, load speed, and mobile appearance. Write your findings in [report file name] with the most urgent issues first, note the files that likely need edits, and suggest specific fixes. Before you make any edits, stop and ask me to approve the changes.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
