Use Android phones to run X and Reddit agents

They ran one Android phone for X and another for Reddit, letting agents browse, reply, and recover from UI hiccups while they kept approval control.

What they did
The person placed two Android phones on stands and connected them to OpenClaw plus the MobileRun/DroidRun cloud. They assigned one agent to each phone and gave each a broad job, such as scanning X for AI and automation posts or locating Reddit discussions worth replying to. The agents managed taps, scrolling, typing, and popups on their own, while the human kept the scope limited to reading and commenting.
How it went
The setup reportedly surfaced relevant threads reliably and wrote in a way that sounded natural. It also handled captchas and strange interface states most of the time. The person did not share performance metrics and said they were still testing the approach rather than allowing DMs or follows.
Tips
Keep the agent’s permissions narrow at first, especially for account actions that can’t be undone. If you try this, require approval before any follow, message, delete, or submit step.

Try it yourself with OpenClaw

You are helping run my [X/Twitter or Reddit] account [handle] on an Android phone using [tool]. Your job is to look for [topic/niche] posts, threads, and replies in a [tone] style, then draft suitable responses for me to review. Use the phone interface yourself: open apps, search, scroll, read, and type as needed, and handle popups or captchas when possible. Before you publish, send, follow, delete, or change any settings, stop and show me exactly what you plan to do for approval. Limit yourself to [reading/commenting/post drafting/other allowed actions], and at the end of each session give me a short list of what you found and drafted.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
