Set up a Reddit lead finder in n8n

They built an n8n workflow that turns a website into Reddit lead alerts and emails the matches.

Done with n8nยท Intermediate

What they did
They used n8n to accept a website URL and email from a form. The workflow reads the site to infer the business type and keywords, then scans Reddit for recent posts that pass a small set of filters. An AI step reviews each candidate for relevance and writes a short summary before the matches are stored and emailed.
How it went
The matched posts were saved to Google Sheets and delivered in an HTML email as possible leads. The workflow does not show counts for how many leads it found or how good they were.
Tips
This setup needs Reddit OAuth credentials, Google Sheets and Gmail access, and an OpenRouter API key. If you want the agent to act on a post, make sure it stops for approval before any reply, message, or submission.

Try it yourself with n8n

Create an n8n workflow that takes [website URL] and [email address]. First, identify the business category and useful search terms from the site. Then check Reddit every [interval] for new posts that are less than [age limit] old, have more than [upvote threshold] upvotes, and contain actual text. Use an AI model to decide whether each post looks like a lead for this business, then write a short reason and a suggested reply. Save the matches to Google Sheets and email me an HTML digest with the post link, the reason, and the suggested reply. Before sending any Reddit reply, message, form submission, payment, or other irreversible action, stop and ask me to approve it.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
