They also set up a daily Gmail review at 9 PM so card alerts and shopping emails could be picked up if they had not been logged yet.

- A receipt could be captured and recorded from a photo alone, and each line item kept a Drive link to the image. The system did not surface bank balances or card statement totals on its own. The author also used the same setup to produce invoices.
- Tips
- If you use this approach, keep all purchase mail in one Google account because only one account appears to connect. Ask for a small sample of rows before letting the agent continue, and require confirmation before any send, delete, or submit step.
