Automate social posting from a Telegram message

They used n8n to turn a Telegram request into a drafted social post, then publish it across multiple platforms after approval.

Done with n8n· Intermediate

What they did
They set up an n8n workflow that begins with a Telegram message. From there, the agent looks through a structured Google Drive folder, matches the right file, writes a caption with AI, and prepares the post for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram. They also said the content itself is made first with a separate AI content agent, and n8n handles the upload process afterward.
How it went
They said the setup cuts 3–5 hours of manual upload work each week. They also found native APIs harder to maintain, while GetLate cost about $29 a month and had reliability and support problems for them; Blotato, at about $39 a month, was the easiest tool to use.
Tips
A free API route can mean more upkeep, while third-party posting tools are simpler but add a monthly fee. Keep a human approval step before any post goes live or any account is connected.

Try it yourself with n8n

Set up an n8n workflow for me. When I send a Telegram message in the form “[post request]”, it should search my Google Drive folder “[folder name]” for the matching asset, generate a caption in my style using “[tone/style guide]”, and send me a draft plus the media in Telegram. Pause and ask for my approval before publishing anything. After I reply “approve,” post it to “[channels]” and send me the live links.
