Use bots to run studio admin and queue posts

A solo developer used fourteen Grok bots to handle research, checks, briefs, and social scheduling for a one-person studio.

What they did
They set up fourteen Grok bots to cover the studio’s office work, including research, brief writing, infrastructure checks, and preparing social posts in Buffer. One bot also watched a comment on itch.io and turned it into Amiga fixes, while a Monday routine fed into the same posting workflow.
How it went
The bots finished the assigned jobs, and the itch.io issue was merged within a day. The regular routine also ended with posts waiting in Buffer.
Tips
Break the work into a few narrow bots instead of one broad one. For anything that changes live systems or sends content out, have the bot stop and ask first.

Each morning, review [site URLs or infrastructure checks] for problems, scan [feedback source] for new comments or requests, and draft [number] social posts for [scheduling tool] based on my recent work. Show me a short report with any issues and the queued posts, then pause and ask for my approval before you publish, delete, submit, or change anything live.
