Set up specialist bots for deal flow tasks

One person used Grok Bot to create a small bot team for inbox, invoices, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

What they did
They asked Grok Bot to connect with the Notion workspace used to track deals. The bot found the Notion connector, opened Notion, and asked for approval to link. Within about an hour, it built five focused bots tied to WhatsApp, Notion, Stripe, and other tools, each assigned to a single job such as coordination, conversation tracking, inbox cleanup, invoice handling, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
How it went
The setup is expected to save them five to six hours each week by taking over repetitive tasks they do not like. They still review the bot output before any final action.
Tips
Because the bots share one cloud computer, approvals and access should be granted carefully. It also helps to keep a human check on anything that sends, pays, or changes records.

Try it yourself with Grok Bot

Create a small set of specialist assistants for my deal workflow. Connect them to [WhatsApp], [Notion], [Stripe], and any other tools needed for [invoices, inbox cleanup, CRM updates, follow-ups, and coordination]. First, draft the setup for my review and ask before linking accounts. After that, show me how each assistant will handle its own task and stop for approval before any message is sent, any payment is made, any record is changed, or anything is deleted. Use [sample conversations, sample invoices, and sample deal notes] to test the flow, and wait for my approval before moving from tests to live work.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
