A founder used about 16 Claude and Codex agents to keep a side business moving while working a full-time job.

What they did
The founder managed industrial-insulation software on their own and split the workload across roughly 16 agents in Paperclip. Claude and Codex handled prospect finding, contact enrichment, custom email writing, CRM maintenance, blog and SEO drafting, LinkedIn replies, Reddit monitoring, meeting prep, and transcription. The setup also scored and qualified a pilot lead without direct help; the founder says they only joined for the live demo.
How it went
The campaign produced 214 cold emails and a 3.3% reply rate. It also brought in an initial pilot account, and the trial is slated to begin in mid-August. The founder says the sales funnel is still not very deep.
Tips
This approach fits a business that has to progress mostly after hours. Keep a human approval step before any message is sent, any record is changed, or any file is submitted.

I run [type of business] as a solo operator and sell to [target customer]. Set up a multi-agent workflow in [tool/platform] using [model/tools] for prospect research, lead enrichment, draft cold emails, CRM updates, SEO/blog drafts, social engagement, and meeting prep. Start by finding [number] leads that match [criteria] and write a personalized draft for each one, but do not send anything yet. Pause and show me the drafts first, then wait for my approval before any email is sent, any CRM record is modified, any document is deleted, or any form is submitted.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
