Score prospects and prepare follow-up materials

Codex sorted Salesforce accounts, made a 13-slide plan, and left email drafts in Gmail for review.

What they did
A demo used Codex’s Sales plugin to link to a Salesforce test instance and extract account information. Codex then selected the 10 best prospects, added plain-English justifications, and marked them with color-based priority levels. It also produced a 13-slide PowerPoint that laid out a strategy for each account and wrote matching outreach drafts, which it stored in Gmail. A daily 8:03 AM automation refreshes the plan when Salesforce updates and creates the next cadence draft.
How it went
The workflow produced a ranked account list, a 13-slide presentation, and drafted emails ready for review. No performance results were reported, and the setup was described only for a demo instance.
Tips
Keep the email step in draft mode so a person can review and send it later. When you try this yourself, ask for a short explanation of each ranking so the priorities are easier to check.

Review [CRM records or an export] and choose the top [10] accounts by [your criteria]. For each one, give a brief reason for its place on the list and assign a priority color. Next, build a [presentation] that includes one strategy slide per account and a corresponding outreach email draft. Store the emails as drafts only, then stop and wait for my approval before any message is sent or any other irreversible action happens. If [CRM data] changes, update the plan and prepare the next follow-up draft for [time].
