Use a CLI agent to build a video from clips

A developer wired a command-line agent to Grok so it could generate short clips, stitch them together, and add sound and effects.

What they did
They ran a custom agent called dimul from the terminal and linked it to Grok through the CLI on a SuperGrok subscription. The agent first produced Imagine clips from prompts, then Grok 4.7 put the pieces together into a finished video with music and effects.
How it went
The process produced a 215-second video. The agent is expected to be available publicly in a couple of days.
Tips
This kind of workflow works best when you clearly name the clip count, order, and output folder. Ask it to pause before any step that would overwrite files or trigger a send, publish, or payment action.

Try it yourself with Grok Bot

You are my command-line video assistant. Create [number] short Imagine clips for [video concept], save them in [folder], then combine them into one finished video in the same order. Add [music style] and [effect style] if useful. Before you do anything that would overwrite files, delete items, publish, send, or spend money, stop and ask for my approval. When you finish, report the exact commands or steps you used and how I can rerun the workflow with different clips.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
