Convert interview material into blog, LinkedIn, and newsletter drafts
One Cowork skill turns a customer interview into three draft assets, with approval checkpoints between stages.
- What they did
- A developer built a Claude Cowork workflow around a folder that holds a short brief, the interview recording, and photos. It turns the audio into text with local Whisper, or switches to TurboScribe in Chrome if needed, then produces a blog-style article and pauses until someone signs off on it. Once that version is approved, it uses it to generate a LinkedIn post and a newsletter paragraph, saving each draft into the publishing tools instead of releasing anything.
- How it went
- The setup took about an hour for the first interview and roughly ten minutes for each later one. The biggest weak point was the front-end style work: without detailed rules drawn from strong past writing, the drafts came out sounding like generic marketing copy and needed rewriting. Photos are still not handled automatically.
- Tips
- Spend time extracting voice and formatting rules from your best existing pieces before relying on the workflow. Keep the approval breaks in place so nothing gets sent or published by accident.
Try it yourself with Claude Cowork
Use the materials in [folder] to help me turn one customer interview into multiple drafts. Start with [brief.txt], the [interview video], and any [photos]. Transcribe the recording with [local Whisper], and if that fails, switch to [TurboScribe in Chrome]. Then write a [blog post] in my preferred style, using these examples as guidance: [style examples]. Stop and wait for my approval before moving on. After I approve the blog draft, create a [LinkedIn post] and a [newsletter paragraph] from that approved version. Put each one into draft form in [CMS], [LinkedIn], and [email tool]. Do not publish, send, schedule, submit, or delete anything unless I explicitly approve it first.
Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
