Queue finished social posts for scheduling

A commenter used Claude Cowork to turn ready-made social content into scheduled posts with platform-specific captions and a final human review.

What they did
They connected Claude Cowork through the Planoly Claude Connector and pointed it at either a local folder or a Canva project filled with posts that were already complete. Claude read the brand material, adapted captions for each platform, and sent the posts into Planoly for scheduling. For a weekly recurring workflow, they also had Claude turn 3โ€“4 raw photos into a fixed carousel style with a custom skill, then checked the caption with them before anything went live.
How it went
The setup brought life back to channels that had gone quiet, especially LinkedIn. The recurring weekly version saved the most time. They still reviewed captions by hand before publishing.
Tips
The most useful version relied on a custom Claude skill for the repeatable post layout, not only the connector. Keep a manual approval step before scheduling or publishing anything.

Try it yourself with Claude Cowork

I have finished social posts in [folder path] / [Canva project]. Read the brand docs in [brand docs], match each post to the right platform in [platform list], and draft the best caption for each one using [caption rules]. If a post is part of a weekly recurring format, use [custom skill or workflow] to turn [number] raw photos into the same carousel structure each time. Before you schedule or publish anything, stop and show me each post, the platform, and the caption for approval. After I approve, schedule them in [Planoly or other tool], then give me a short list of what was queued and what was left out.
