Turn loaded chat messages into a reply draft

A Chrome extension sent the on-screen Fiverr thread to Make, where ChatGPT turned it into negotiation help and a ready-to-use response.

What they did
They added a Draft button to a Chrome extension used for Fiverr order chats. When clicked, it pulled the conversation currently visible in the browser and posted that text to a Make webhook. ChatGPT then examined the thread and produced help for negotiating, parsing requests, and writing proposal language.
How it went
They said it was useful enough for managing live orders, and they also used the same flow to create new leads in ClickUp for their CRM. The limitation was that the tool could only work with messages already shown on screen, so anything outside the loaded view was not included.
Tips
Make sure the conversation you need is already expanded in the browser before triggering the flow. Keep the final send step under your control so the agent only prepares the message.

Try it yourself with Make

Build a Make workflow that receives the text of a [platform] conversation through a webhook. Send that text to ChatGPT with instructions to explain the situation, extract the other person’s request, and write a reply in [my style, such as direct and friendly]. If the draft would lead to any payment, sending, deleting, or submitting action, pause and ask for my approval before continuing. Return the draft to me through the webhook response, and include a short note about any context that may be missing from the visible chat. Try it using [sample conversation] and show me the response it generates.
