Reuse one newsletter across several channels

Tayla Burrell uses Claude Cowork to reshape a finished newsletter into four social assets and a Notion workspace.

Done with Claude Cowork· Intermediate

What they did
After wrapping up a newsletter, Tayla Burrell sends it to Cowork with one prompt. The agent then writes a carousel plan, a video-style short, a LinkedIn update, and a Substack note, drawing on platform-specific repurposing ability, samples of her strongest earlier pieces, and a voice reference she has spent months refining. She also asked Cowork to build out a Notion home for upcoming mini guides, then made the last edits herself.
How it went
She says this approach has cut out a lot of manual work, but she does not share a number. The Notion setup was completed, although she still adjusted it by hand at the end.
Tips
The setup takes time up front. If you skip the examples and voice guide, she says the output starts to sound bland.

Try it yourself with Claude Cowork

I’ve finished a newsletter at [paste text or link]. Rework it into: 1) a carousel outline, 2) a short video script, 3) a LinkedIn post, and 4) a Substack note. Keep each version aligned with my usual voice using these examples from my best past pieces: [paste examples] and this voice guide: [paste voice guide]. Also create a Notion page or folder to hold the drafts for review. Pause before anything is published, sent, deleted, or submitted, and wait for my approval.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
