Scan Gmail spam for legitimate business mail

Use Grok Bot to open Gmail in a browser and sort through spam for messages that look like real business mail.

What they did
A developer connected two Google Workspace business accounts to Grok Bot and let it work inside a real browser. The bot logged into Gmail, opened the spam folder, read through messages, and marked the ones that seemed legitimate. It could triage and draft, but the developer handled credential entry themselves and took over the screen for that step.
How it went
In the first month, it surfaced 48 genuine messages that had landed in spam, including a network approval the developer had been waiting on for two weeks. The main limitation was that it did not send mail, so a person still had to review and act on anything flagged.
Tips
Use a separate account for each business entity, since each bot shares one cloud computer and its logins. Budgeting is also tricky because the weekly usage cap is not published.

Try it yourself with Grok Bot

Open Gmail in the browser for [business account], go to the spam folder, and review messages from the last [time period]. Make a list of anything that looks like legitimate business mail, including [partner replies, payment notices, customer messages], and for each one include the sender, subject, and a short reason it may be real. Do not move, delete, reply to, or submit anything. Pause and ask for my approval before taking any action that changes mail, sends a message, or removes a message.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
