Pull job details and draft a reply in n8n

An n8n agent extracted key fields from job posts and wrote a draft application email in an automated hiring workflow.

What they did
A person set up n8n to watch for new job listings and start an application flow with their CV included. Inside the workflow, an AI Agent node pulled out the recipient address, role name, contract length, and whether the position was paid, then composed the email text. They handled the workflow structure themselves and connected Google services for Gmail, Sheets, and Drive.
How it went
They described it as their first working automation and said it taught them how to manage Google account access and how to use Telegram as a no-cost trigger in a production setup. They did not share any data on responses, extraction quality, or hiring results.
Tips
Google authentication was the main hurdle, since Gmail, Sheets, and Drive each needed proper API setup. If you copy this pattern, keep the agent on draft-only mode until you have checked the output.

Try it yourself with n8n

Set up an n8n workflow for job leads. When [job post text, email, or form entry] comes in, use an AI Agent node to extract the recipient address, role title, contract length, and whether the role is paid into structured fields. Use those fields to write a concise application email in [tone], then save it as a draft and pause for my approval before anything is sent or submitted. Show me the parsed fields and the draft message for [number] test examples before enabling the live step.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
