Draft ticket replies and send daily support summaries

Use an agent to answer repeat support emails and compile short daily ticket digests for each teammate.

What they did
One user connected SyncriTix to turn closed, solved tickets into knowledge base articles, then let an AI agent draft replies when a new email or ticket matched an issue that had already been handled. Another user linked Hatz.ai with Rewst to send each Proactive team member a daily email covering the prior day’s client tickets, including the issue, the technician’s fix, and any repeated or new patterns.
How it went
The SyncriTix setup was said to get the right answer about 90% of the time, but some replies were wildly off. The Hatz.ai and Rewst workflow was not perfect either, yet it cut out a weekly manual review and replaced it with near-real-time summaries.
Tips
These workflows depend heavily on clear ticket notes, since the summary quality follows the technician’s narrative. Have the agent draft or queue replies for review before anything is sent, especially when it may be answering from past cases.

Try it yourself with Zapier Agents

Connect [help desk/email system] to an agent that can read incoming tickets and past resolved cases. When a new message matches an issue that has already been answered, draft a reply based on the earlier resolution and pause for my approval before sending it. Each morning, gather yesterday’s tickets for [team/member/client], summarize the issue, the fix, and any repeated or emerging problems, then email the digest and stop. If anything is unclear, flag it for review instead of guessing.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
