Use recent wins to draft weekly outbound lists

Elaine Zelby set up Claude Cowork to mine fresh wins from HubSpot and draft lookalike outreach for review.

What they did
Elaine Zelby wired HubSpot, Clay, Slack, and email into Claude Cowork with the official Claude Connectors, then assembled the automation in stages. On a weekly schedule, it looks for deals that became closed-won over the past 7 days, brings in the related call information from HubSpot, and uses that context to choose 10 matching companies. It then identifies 3 to 5 people at each company in Clay, writes a 4-email outreach sequence plus LinkedIn DMs, and drops the drafts into Slack for approval.
How it went
The drafts were close to ready because the CRM already held structured call notes. Elaine kept a person in the loop, so the agent did not send anything automatically. No outcome metrics were reported.
Tips
Building reusable pieces for ICP, personas, messaging, and product details made the workflow easier to assemble. Keep the review step in place before any send action.

Try it yourself with Claude Cowork

Every [week/day] at [time], look in [CRM] for deals that became closed-won during the previous [7 days]. Use the call notes and deal details to pick [10] similar companies, then find [3-5] contacts at each one in [enrichment tool]. Draft a [4-email] sequence and LinkedIn DMs for those contacts, then post the batch in [Slack channel] for review. Do not send, submit, or publish anything until I explicitly approve the final version.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
