Run separate Grok Bot agents for outreach and sourcing

They used Grok Bot across multiple Microsoft accounts to manage business development messages, reply handling, and sourcing tasks.

What they did
They set up six Grok Bot agents and gave three of them their own Microsoft accounts so each agent worked in a separate email and Teams environment. Two agents handled business development, while a third focused on sourcing. In browser mode, the BD agents signed into the team’s sites, wrote tailored prospecting emails, answered incoming replies, sent requested marketing files, and kept the thread moving with follow-ups, all without needing API wiring first.
How it went
The writing and replies were convincing enough that the agents seemed like real people using the accounts. The rough parts were technical: Chrome profiles had to be recreated every day, the browser kept crashing, and only about one or two agents could run at the same time. They also burned through 42% of the weekly allowance on day one.
Tips
Plan for separate browser profiles per agent and expect unstable sessions. If you run several agents at once, watch the usage meter closely.

Try it yourself with Grok Bot

Act as my business development and sourcing assistant for [company]. Work from the connected Microsoft email and Teams accounts for [team or mailbox] to review [lead source or target list], draft a personalized outreach note for each contact, and prepare any reply or follow-up you would send. Before you send, post, delete, submit, or attach anything, stop and ask me to approve the exact message or action. Finish by giving me a simple tracker with each contact, current status, and next step.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
