Use an agent for basic SEO pulls and email drafts

SE Ranking tried Operator for SEO research and link outreach, but the agent needed close supervision and was not reliable for deeper work.

What they did
SE Ranking gave Operator four kinds of SEO tasks: checking competitors, watching search results, researching keywords, and helping with link building. They let it use their own logins for the tool-specific jobs, then asked it to move top search results into a Google Sheet, scan a list of referring pages for links to seranking.com, and draft replies to unread Gmail messages about link building.
How it went
The agent handled simple search-result collection and drafted outreach replies reasonably well. It stalled on competitor work, treated keyword research one keyword at a time, and sometimes marked pages as linking when they did not. The team also found it required constant oversight, could not access Reddit, and cost $200 a month.
Tips
Use it for narrow, checkable tasks rather than full SEO workflows. Have it show any email drafts before anything is sent, and verify every output yourself before trusting it.

For [keyword], open Google and Bing and build a table with the top [10] results from each, including title and URL. Then check [my domain] against [chosen backlink tool or page list] and list the top [10] referring domains or pages you can confirm. Review unread email in [email account] about link building and draft replies, but do not send anything yet; stop and ask for my approval before any message is sent. If you cannot verify a result, say so clearly.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
