Use a Gemini concierge for wedding guest questions
A Gemini guest helper answered event questions and drafted guest materials, but itinerary errors and weak trust pushed the host back to manual tracking.
- What they did
- They made a wedding app with two Gemini agents, including one meant to act as a guest help desk. That concierge had MCP access to event schedules, locations, dress codes, transport details, and guest profiles, and it could also read flight itinerary photos or PDFs to pull out arrival times for approval. During about 10 days of use by 17 international guests, it handled questions and drafted schedule cards plus other guest-facing items that the poster then posted manually in WhatsApp.
- How it went
- The agent was mostly right, but some guests still went to the groom to double-check answers. A few bad timezone calls on multi-leg itineraries were enough to undermine confidence, so the poster switched to a spreadsheet. They said the most useful output was the written content, while many of the support chats were attempts to jailbreak the agent.
- Tips
- Assume people will not reliably complete confirmation steps; the poster estimated roughly 30% will click through without really checking. Also expect jailbreak attempts to raise token usage, especially in a guest-facing setup.
Try it yourself with Gemini

Before you send, submit, delete, or otherwise make a change that cannot be undone, show me the exact action and wait for my approval.
