Turn vet charges into insurance claim drafts

An OpenClaw agent matched pet clinic charges to invoices, filled an insurer form, and left each claim as a draft for review.

What they did
The owner uploaded a bank CSV manually, since the agent did not keep bank logins. Every 15 minutes, it looked for vet-related charges, searched Gmail for the right invoice, and used Gemini to pull out the details, with OCR as a backup for scans. It then completed the Petcover PDF, prepared a Gmail draft, and pinged the owner on Telegram whenever it was unsure.
How it went
In ten live approval letters, its settlement arithmetic check matched exactly to the cent. A second verification step flagged issues on five of them. Early on, its own request emails caused 12 false matches, and older acknowledgements made two already-settled claims appear active again.
Tips
Build in a human approval step before any submission or sending. Plan for login renewals and model limits: Gmail OAuth testing access expired every 7 days, and the free Gemini tier needed backup models after daily limits were reached.

Try it yourself with OpenClaw

Review my [bank CSV or statement] for pet-related vet charges from the last [timeframe]. Find the matching invoices in my Gmail, extract the claim details from the invoice or scan, and fill out [insurer]'s PDF claim form. Then create an email draft with the completed form and invoice attached, but stop and ask for my approval before sending anything, submitting anything, or deleting anything. If you are unsure at any step, message me on [Telegram or chat app] and wait for my reply.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
