Set up WhatsApp and Instagram outreach campaigns

Grok Bot reviewed account status and assembled outreach campaigns, while humans handled sending and replies.

What they did
An agency connected WarmySender to Grok Bot with a custom integration tied to a workspace API key, and left the bot’s browser unavailable. During a weekly check-in, they asked it to assess the condition of WhatsApp numbers and Instagram handles in four client workspaces. It then drafted a WhatsApp campaign for a number that had already completed its ramp, and placed 900 people into an Instagram DM flow with follow, view, like, comment, and message steps. People on the team still connected the accounts and read incoming replies.
How it went
Those 900 enrollments moved through the scheduler slowly over several weeks instead of firing off at once. The bot could also explain why an account seemed inactive, such as when it had reached a daily cap. It was not able to send messages, increase limits, or answer messages.
Tips
Expect rollout to be paced, not immediate. If an account is new, its ramp and limits stay fixed, so plan campaigns around that constraint.

Try it yourself with Grok Bot

Review my [WhatsApp and Instagram] accounts in [outreach tool] for [client/workspace names] and tell me whether each one is healthy or has an issue. Then draft a campaign for [audience] with these steps: [step 1], [step 2], [step 3], [step 4], [step 5]. Show me the draft messages, the target list, and the delivery timing, and wait for my approval before you enroll anyone or make any live change. After I approve, set it up but do not send messages, reply to anyone, or alter account limits.
