Set up weekday helper bots and a morning digest

One prompt created five weekday assistants plus a 9:00 digest that pulled their work into one update.

Done with Grok Bot· Intermediate

What they did
Sharbel gave Grok Bot a single file containing their job details, goals, clients, and timetable, then asked it to suggest and build bots. It spun up five specialist bots, each with its own role and weekday timing. It also assigned itself a manager role to collect their results into a 9:00 update, while keeping Sharbel’s existing bots unchanged.
How it went
The demo worked at first. After about two weeks, the shared setup could freeze and knock every bot offline, connectors could time out, one never finished linking, and some tasks came back only partly done.
Tips
Treat shared infrastructure and connectors as failure points, not just the bots themselves. If you use a free trial, keep an eye on token spending, since it may end quickly and then bill per token instead of using the $20 figure.

I’ll share my work, goals, clients, and weekly schedule. Based on that, suggest a set of weekday bots for [task 1], [task 2], [task 3], and any other roles that clearly belong in the system. Build those bots, then create a manager bot that compiles a [time] daily digest from all of them and puts anything incomplete or failed at the top. Before you do anything that would send a message, delete information, submit a form, or spend money, pause and ask me to approve it. Show me the bot list, the schedules, and a test digest first.
