Set up a shared team agent for calls and tasks

A startup team used a shared Hermes Agent to surface call context, manage approvals, and turn decisions into tasks from their shared notes.

What they did
Nikki built a shared Hermes Agent called Robert for the buzzdotxyz startup team. They gave it access to the team’s full Obsidian knowledge base and Hermes memory so anyone could ask questions or hand off work. The agent was then used to gather context from calls, handle approvals, and create tasks in Multica.
How it went
Robert gave the team background that no single chat thread could provide, which helped the non-technical co-founder and others get more done. Nikki is planning to extend it to the SaaS design team.
Tips
Give the agent one shared source of truth for team knowledge, and make it pause for approval before creating tasks or sending anything. This works best when the whole team can use the same assistant name and workflow.

Try it yourself with Hermes Agent

Act as our shared team assistant for [team name]. Use [call tool] to review each call, pull out the key context, and draft follow-up tasks in [task tool] using our shared notes in [knowledge base]. Before you create any task, send a message, or take any other irreversible action, show me the exact text you plan to use and wait for my approval. Keep going until you have processed every call from [timeframe].

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
