Schedule social posts from a sheet and mark them done

A Make scenario pulled images from Drive and posted them to Instagram and Pinterest on schedule from rows in Google Sheets.

What they did
A supplements brand used Make.com to monitor a Google Sheet filled with a caption, an image link from Drive, and a publish date. When a row reached its date, the workflow retrieved the image, published it directly to Instagram as a carousel or reel and to Pinterest as a rich pin, then updated the row status to Posted and saved a log entry.
How it went
After 30 days, the brand hit 100% posting consistency, up from about 60% before. Instagram reach rose 34%, Pinterest brought in 1.7k more visitors each month, and output increased from 30 to 90 posts per month without hiring more people.
Tips
Start with a single test row and confirm the post format before letting the schedule run. Keep a clear status field so the scenario only processes items that are ready and avoids duplicates.

Try it yourself with Make

Create a Make scenario that checks my Google Sheet [sheet name] for rows whose publish date has arrived and whose status is not Posted. For each ready row, fetch the image from Google Drive folder [folder name], publish the caption and image to Instagram and Pinterest in the appropriate format, then update the sheet row to Posted and write a log entry. Run a test using one sample row first, and show me the preview of what will be posted before anything goes live.
