Use agents to build an email list from outreach

Drew Carr combined lead checks, email verification, and comment drafting to add about 1,000 subscribers in roughly 80 days.

What they did
Drew Carr used Hermes agents for two daily jobs: finding prospects and spotting useful community posts. They gathered company leads from AI Ark or Apollo, ran the addresses through Million Verifier, and had Claude filter out businesses that did not match the offer before storing the contacts in Turso by campaign. A second Hermes agent, operated in Telegram from a spare laptop, searched Facebook groups for relevant discussions and wrote comment drafts, while Drew handled the emails themselves and reviewed each comment.
How it went
That setup produced about 1,000 real subscribers in around 80 days. There was no ad budget involved. The source does not give a channel-by-channel split or reply-rate figures.
Tips
Start by doing the workflow manually so you can see where the weak spots are before handing steps to an agent. Keep a human approval step in place for anything public or customer-facing.

I want to build my email list for [topic or offer]. Each day, find [number] prospects from [lead source] who match [audience description], verify their email addresses, filter out any companies that do not fit [fit criteria], and save the approved contacts in [database or sheet] under the right campaign. Also look through [community or platform] for recent, relevant posts and draft short, genuinely helpful comments that could mention [brand or resource] only when appropriate. Show me all email drafts and comment drafts first, and do not send, post, submit, delete, or pay for anything until I approve it. End each day with a brief report covering leads found, drafts prepared, items approved, and any replies or signups.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
