Keep influencer link packs ready in one bot

A consultant used Grok Bot to store affiliate materials so influencers could pull them up quickly before posting.

What they did
Liza Dora created a Grok Bot tool called Affiliate Bot for people managing influencer campaigns. They load each product’s affiliate URL, caption text, hashtags, and disclaimer once, or add them from screenshots. When it is time to publish, the influencer asks for a specific item, like shoes from Amazon, and the bot returns the saved details for copying into the post.
How it went
The setup is meant to spare creators from digging through Notes, Amazon, or LTK every time they need a link or caption. No usage numbers were reported, and the Claude version is not prebuilt.
Tips
For Claude, you need to make the skill yourself from the provided prompt. Add a checkpoint that asks for approval before any first-time send or other irreversible step.

Try it yourself with Grok Bot

Build a helper for my influencer campaigns that keeps each product’s affiliate URL, caption, hashtags, and disclaimer on file: [paste product details]. When I request [product name], give me the correct link plus the matching caption, hashtags, and disclaimer in a copy-ready format. If something is missing, ask me to fill it in. Before anything is sent, submitted, deleted, or shared with an influencer for the first time, stop and wait for my approval.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
