Draft a claim appeal and insurer follow-up call

Counterforce Health turns denial paperwork into a cited appeal and a callback script, then lets a voice agent check on the claim.

What they did
Counterforce Health trained its system on billing-code references, outside review records, and court documents from cases against insurers. A user can start from a common denial type, such as surgery labeled with the wrong code, or upload their policy, medical paperwork, and denial letter. The AI creates a cited appeal letter in less than a minute. It also has a voice agent called Maxwell that places a follow-up call to the insurer, but that part is still in testing.
How it went
After the January beta, the letter tool had been used by thousands of people, and three small clinics rely on it regularly. Maxwell has not finished testing yet, and the founders say they are still working on how accurate it is. The story does not give any appeal success rate.
Tips
Have a person review the appeal before it goes out, especially if the denial turns on wording in the policy. For a calling agent, make sure it waits for approval before making contact or taking any action on the claim.

I need help with an insurance denial from [insurer name] for [claim/service]. Using the denial letter, my policy text, and any medical records I paste below, write a short appeal letter that cites the strongest supporting points. Also draft a brief phone script for checking the appeal’s status with the insurer. Pause after the draft and do not send, submit, submit electronically, call, or share anything until I review and approve it.

[Paste denial letter]
[Paste policy language]
[Paste medical records or claim details]

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
