Set up a signal bot that records trades

A developer used Manus to make a Python trading tool that posts alerts to Telegram and saves trade details in spreadsheets and files.

What they did
@mufasadubai had Manus create a Python program for the terminal that read live charts through ProjectX APIs. It was configured to send trading alerts through a Telegram bot the user built with API keys, and to capture trade metadata in Google Sheets plus a CSV export.
How it went
The system is already up and running, with a test planned for the following day. The user expects to look over the saved records with Manus afterward and tighten the strategy; the slowest part was creating the Telegram bot and connecting the keys.
Tips
Start with paper or simulated trading so you can verify the alert flow and logging before any live use. Tell the agent to stop and ask for permission before it does anything irreversible, including placing orders or moving funds.

Try it yourself with Manus

Create a Python tool I can run in my terminal that uses [broker or market data API] to display live charts for [instrument or market]. Base alerts on this rule: [describe rule]. When the rule fires, send a message to my Telegram chat with [bot token placeholder], then write the trade time, symbol, signal, price, and notes into both Google Sheets and a CSV file. Use paper or simulation mode only. Once a test alert appears in Telegram and both records are written, stop and wait for me to approve any live order, payment, submission, send, or delete action before continuing.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
