Audit card charges and missed perks each month

A user had Grok review posted card transactions to spot wrong-card purchases and benefits they had not used.

What they did
They connected a Plaid-backed spending app to three cards and had Grok Bot, through Captain, read the posted transactions. One part of the setup checked Amazon, dining, and travel purchases against the best card to use. Another part used live web lookups on Chase and Amex benefit pages to compare the cards’ current perks, then Captain grouped the findings into a monthly recap.
How it went
The recap pointed out charges that landed on the wrong card and benefits that had not been used, including Sapphire travel, DoorDash, Resy, and Lululemon credits. It produced a month-by-month summary, but it did not report any dollar savings.
Tips
Have the agent review only posted transactions so the audit is based on settled activity. Keep a human approval step before any card changes, payments, or other irreversible actions.

Try it yourself with Grok Bot

Review my posted transactions from [card 1], [card 2], and [card 3] for the past [time period]. For purchases in [dining], [Amazon], and [travel], check whether each charge was placed on the best card and flag any that look better suited to a different card. Then compare my current card perks from [list or paste the benefits for each card] and identify credits or benefits I have not used. Wait for my approval before taking any action beyond analysis, and do not make payments, submit anything, or change card settings. Finish with a short recap ordered by the changes most likely to help me save money.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
