Book trips with credits and track changes for me

Muse handled a Southwest credit booking, watched for seat upgrades, and kept restaurant plans and a trip overview organized.

Done with Meta Muse· Intermediate

What they did
A screen reader user sent requests to Meta Muse in WhatsApp and asked it to use leftover Southwest credits for a Nashville trip. Muse located the credits, completed the booking, and did it without the user needing to copy confirmation details. It then kept checking the booking every 30 minutes for seat improvements, with either automatic changes or a prompt first. For a visiting friend, it created and edited OpenTable reservations and kept a shareable dashboard up to date.
How it went
The user said the flight purchase and reservation handling worked well, and most of the experience felt easier than with other agent tools. In heavy use, they hit 98% of the free tier on day 6 and switched to the $20 plan. Some requests still took a while to complete.
Tips
For any action that changes a booking or costs money, tell the agent to wait for approval first. If you want ongoing monitoring, specify the review interval and whether the agent may act on its own.

Look for unused [airline] credits tied to my account, then use them to buy a flight between [place A] and [place B] on [dates]. After the booking is done, check the reservation every [interval] for better seat options and ask before making any change unless I’ve said you can handle it automatically. Also manage OpenTable reservations for a visiting friend and keep a shareable trip dashboard updated with the latest flight and dinner details. Before you book, pay, change, or cancel anything, pause and show me exactly what you want to do.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
