Use public data to fill out a batch of forms

A user had Claude fill 50 work forms from public company information, then checked them and found them accurate.

What they did
A user was given 50 insurance forms, each with different fields, and asked Claude Code to complete them. They limited it to information already available on company websites and followed their workplace rules for what could be shared. After that, they proofread every form themselves.
How it went
Claude finished all 50 forms, and the user’s review said they were accurate. What they expected would take more than an hour took about five minutes, and their boss liked the workflow enough to adopt it for the team.
Tips
This works best when the source material is public and the fields are well defined. Keep a human review step in place, especially before anything is submitted or sent.

Try it yourself with Claude Code

I have [number] forms in [file or folder] that need to be completed from public information only. For each form, use [approved sources] to fill in the fields, and list any items you cannot verify instead of guessing. Save each completed form to [output folder], then give me a short review log of any uncertain fields. Stop before submitting, sending, paying, or deleting anything and wait for my approval. If anything looks ambiguous, flag it first and ask me how to proceed.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
