Use an agent to shop for shorts and triage email

A reviewer used Meta Muse to find shorts, then had it draft a reply to a power company email with approval before sending.

Done with Meta Muse· Intermediate

What they did
They asked Muse, called Scout, to look for shorts in their size. After a short browse, it returned a few choices and flagged a sale, then requested an Amazon login so it could complete the purchase. For email, they gave it inbox and drafting access, and it located an unanswered message about solar panel checks and wrote a reply using the date they chose.
How it went
The two tasks were handled with very little work from the reviewer. The shopping and the email draft were both finished quickly, but the reviewer was still uncomfortable with how much access the agent needed.
Tips
Begin with public web tasks, then use approvals for email and anything involving payment. Keep a close eye on what access you grant, even when the task seems simple.
