Use an agent to build and ship a snippet-sharing app

A developer used Replit Agent to make Snippra, letting it help with design, copy, planning, debugging, and naming while they directed the process.

What they did
They built the Snippra app with Replit Agent and left the WordPress main site unchanged. To start the app design, they brought in a Behance mockup through Figma, asked the agent to recreate that style, and then had it generate interface wording, sample snippets, feature ideas, bug fixes, naming options, and improvements while they refined the prompts.
How it went
Snippra launched with support for 40+ languages, its own category system, link sharing, and a Pro mode that creates social images from snippets. In comments, they said people still have to enter their own snippets, although they were thinking about adding filler examples or starter templates. They said the build cost $72.
Tips
Give the agent a visual target and a clear goal before asking it to write or code anything. If your app depends on user content, decide early whether you want empty-state templates or real sample data.

Try it yourself with Replit Agent

I want to create a web app named [app name] for [core purpose]. Begin by outlining the core screens and features in plain language. Then write the interface text, build the app, and keep checking for problems while you work. Before you do anything that would publish, send, delete, or otherwise affect real users or data, pause and ask for my approval.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
