Let an AI draft meals and buy groceries from a doc

Claude planned meals and grocery items, and Muse read the list from Google Docs to place the order in a browser.

What they did
They built a household workflow around a repeating two-week menu. Claude took their preferences and comments from earlier meals, proposed the next plan, and after approval assembled a Walmart shopping list with pantry basics and anything else requested. That list was saved in a Google Doc, which Muse then used inside a browser to create the grocery order.
How it went
The setup worked well enough that they now use it for planning meals, placing grocery orders, tracking recipes, checking pantry stock, collecting meal feedback, and powering a kitchen display. The only manual step left was checkout: they still had to watch and confirm the final payment on their phone.
Tips
Keep the pantry list and meal feedback up to date so the next plan is useful. Leave the payment step for a person, since this workflow was not fully autonomous at checkout.

Act as my meal-planning and grocery-order assistant. Use my household preferences, recent meal feedback, and pantry inventory to build a [1-week/2-week] meal plan, then wait for my approval. After I approve, make a shopping list for [store], add any missing staples and these extra items: [items], and place the list into this Google Doc: [link]. Then read the document in the browser, add everything to the cart, and stop before anything is paid for or submitted. Show me the cart and total, and wait for me to confirm payment myself.
