Use Manus to run consulting operations

A consultant relied on Manus to sort messages, track competitors, and assemble client materials from saved project context.

What they did
They opened one Manus Project for each client and populated it with the agreement, people notes, goals, earlier work, and brand guidance. Most of the work stayed inside that stored setup. They scheduled a 7 a.m. news roundup, Monday competitor updates, Friday client summaries, and bigger market scans with Wide Research. They also started jobs through Telegram on their phone and used Mail Manus to handle forwarded emails and files, while they reviewed the outputs and made final edits to slides and documents.
How it went
They said Manus could turn findings into decks, reports, microsites, and simple web tools. A research-to-slide job that once took most of a day reportedly shrank to about 10 minutes. The downside was credit usage, especially for Wide Research, so they planned requests carefully and kept an eye on the usage log.
Tips
Give the agent enough background at the start so it can work with fewer retries. Always keep a review step before anything is sent, submitted, paid, or deleted.

Try it yourself with Manus

Set up as my operations assistant for a [type of consulting] business. For [client name], use the context I provide: [agreement], [people notes], [goals], [past work], and [brand rules]. Send me a weekday briefing at [time] with my calendar, urgent items from [inbox], and updates on [competitors]. Every [day], produce a competitor summary. Every [day], prepare a client update. If I ask for a market map, deck, report, microsite, or simple web tool about [topic], create a draft and return it as a file or link. Do not send, submit, delete, or pay for anything until you show me the draft and I approve it first.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
