Check AI subscriptions from your linked inboxes

A tester used Meta Muse to review email receipts and surface AI subscriptions, then compare them for duplication.

Done with Meta Muse· Intermediate

What they did
After linking accounts like Gmail and calendar, the tester asked Meta’s Muse agent to look for AI-related subscriptions. Muse searched the connected mail and receipt history on its own, without being walked through each step. It assembled the results into a subscription list and pointed out services that appeared to cover similar needs.
How it went
The scan turned up more than a dozen tools, including products for images, video, automation, and API usage. It also identified a few redundant categories, but it failed to see some accounts entirely, so the inventory was not complete.
Tips
Treat the output as a draft and reconcile it with your own billing records. At launch, Muse could only work with Meta platforms plus email and calendar connections.

Try it yourself with Meta Muse

Look through my connected [email inboxes and accounts] for invoices and renewal notices from the past [12] months related to AI tools and software subscriptions. Return a table with the service, cost, billing cadence, and next renewal date, and point out any items that seem to serve the same purpose. Tell me which accounts you could not inspect, and pause for my approval before you cancel, delete, pay, or submit anything.
