Plan a group weekend and book it after approval

One person had an agent organize options for a nine-person weekend, collect group preferences, and prepare reservations and an invite email.

What they did
From their phone, they asked ChatGPT to use their full chat history to plan a long weekend with eight friends. They wanted the agent to surface the three strongest choices, build a simple full-stack site where the nine people could compare plans and agree on one, then handle the bookings and draft a Gmail message once the group picked a trip.
How it went
The agent carried out the whole sequence without help. The trip planning, agreement step, reservation handling, and email drafting all succeeded.
Tips
For a group trip, have the agent first show a small set of options and gather votes in one place. Make it pause for your approval before it sends messages, books anything, or enters payment details.

Help me plan a long weekend for [number] friends in [destination] during [dates] with about [budget] per person. Use my chat history if it helps, propose the top 2-3 trip options, and create a simple shared page where everyone can review the choices and vote. After the group agrees, prepare the reservation details and draft a Gmail invite to everyone. Stop and ask me to approve the email, booking details, and any payment step before you send, submit, or pay for anything.
