Draft sales outreach, recaps, and forecast updates

Use an agent to write personalized outbound, follow-up emails, and a deal forecast from live sales data.

What they did
A team built ChatGTM on top of Salesforce, Gong, their data warehouse, LinkedIn, and other sources. Instead of pulling from a static library, it fetches context as needed, then drafts about 25 signal-based outreach emails each morning, along with matching landing pages that fit the contact’s role and stack. It also writes call recaps and follow-ups, and ahead of Thursday forecasting it reviews every deal to assemble the forecast.
How it went
In a pilot with 8 SDRs, the team reported triple the number of qualified meetings, with the top two SDRs reaching 4x. Sales leaders also said AE ramp time fell by more than 50% over roughly 1.5 months of use.
Tips
This took about two months and three people to build, after earlier attempts did not work out. The creator also warned that most GTM teams should not try to build something this involved, and that long-running agent research can become slow and expensive.

Review my sales data from [Salesforce/opportunity list], call notes from [Gong call notes], recent signals from [news, hiring changes, product activity], and contact details from [LinkedIn or CRM]. For each priority contact, draft a short personalized outbound email and a simple landing page outline tied to their role and stack. Then draft a call recap email and follow-up for [meeting notes]. Before you do anything irreversible, pause and ask me to approve sending, submitting, deleting, or paying. Put all drafts in one place for review, and also summarize any deal changes you would use in a forecast for [forecast date].

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
