Create a survey form and draft the questions

A developer used Manus to draft a Google Form for undergraduates’ opinions on AGI, then ran the script manually to create it.

What they did
Andrew Maynard asked Manus for a survey on undergraduates’ hopes and worries about AGI, using a mix of rating-scale and open-ended questions. Manus turned that into a task list and then chose to generate a Google Apps Script instead of building the form inside a logged-in browser. Maynard ran the script himself, which created the form.
How it went
The form came out solidly structured. When Maynard asked Manus to add 1,000 synthetic replies, it declined because of ethics concerns and platform limits. He then had it do the simulated survey work internally and produce a 44-page write-up, which took a couple of revisions; the responses were fabricated.
Tips
If you want a form quickly, ask for a script or other exportable output instead of full browser setup. For anything that would send, submit, or distribute data, make the agent stop and wait for your approval first.

Try it yourself with Manus

Create a Google Form for [target group] about their views on [topic]. Include [number] questions, with a mix of rating-scale items and free-response items. First show me the plan and wait for my approval before you create, send, submit, or share anything. If you choose to provide code or a script, include clear setup steps so I can run it myself. Do not answer the survey as if you were a participant unless I explicitly approve that next step.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
