Build a tap-to-order lunch app

A developer had an agent make a photo-based lunch app that launches another agent to order the chosen meal on Uber Eats.

What they did
Colin asked an AI agent to create an app called Lunch. It displays a small set of food photos, and picking one starts a subagent that orders that exact item through Uber Eats.
How it went
After a tap, the food shows up about 60 to 90 minutes later. The finished app ended up as roughly 600,000 lines of JavaScript, far more code than the task seems to need.
Tips
For a similar setup, keep the choice screen simple and make the ordering step stop for review before anything is submitted or paid for. Also expect a long gap between selecting lunch and actually eating it.

Try it yourself with Claude Code

Build a simple personal app called [app name] that shows [number] photos of my usual lunch options: [list the foods or restaurants]. When I tap one photo, start a helper agent that opens Uber Eats, adds that item to the cart for delivery to [delivery address], and then pauses for my approval before any order is submitted or payment is made. Make sure I can review the cart, price, and address before confirming.

Fill in the [brackets]. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything before it is sent, paid or deleted.
